Job summary

Springtide Project Services is hiring a Cost Project Controls Manager to oversee financial management, forecasting, and cost control for semiconductor construction and tool installation projects. You will provide leadership for project cost management and collaborate across Project Management, Accounting, Procurement, and Client stakeholders.

Role involves developing budgets, forecasts, EACs, and cash flow while ensuring accurate reporting and financial visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost engineering, or project cost management for capital construction projects.
• Direct experience with semiconductor facility construction, cleanrooms, fabs, tool installation or advanced technology manufacturing.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, EVM, change management, accruals, invoicing, and variance analysis.
• Experience developing budgets, forecasts, EAC, cash flow, and monthly financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel and project cost management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project cost control functions for large semiconductor construction and tool installation projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, commitments, expenditures, and EACs.
• Produce cost reports, analyses, cash flow forecasts, and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Track changes, impacts, trends, and risks; monitor commitments, POs, invoices, accruals, and costs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction, Procurement, and Finance to align execution with financials.
• Review contractor/vendor invoices, pay apps, POs, and change orders for accuracy.
• Maintain and improve cost management processes, tools, and controls.
• Support monthly cost reviews, forecasting cycles, and executive reporting.
