Job summary

Springtide Project Services is hiring a Cost Project Controller II to join our team. This remote role supports semiconductor construction and tool installation projects on the West Coast, with work hours aligned to Pacific Time.

You will develop cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts using Procore, Power BI, and related tools, collaborating with project managers and engineers. Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in project controls, strong analytical skills, and experience with Excel, Access, and

Qualifications

3-6 years of Cost Project Controls experience.
Experience supporting semiconductor construction and tool installation projects.
BS degree in engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and computer skills.
Experience with data management and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI).
Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage large amounts of information to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support all phases of project costs and schedule reporting.
Develop cost reports and dashboards using Procore, Power BI, and UDF.
Assist with cost trends, change orders, and invoicing, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to maintain data integrity and accurate forecasting.
Prepare and present detailed cost reports for project reviews and stakeholders.
