Job summary

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS, is seeking a Cost Project Controller II to support all phases of project costs and scheduling for semiconductor construction and tool installation projects. This remote US-based role collaborates with Senior Controllers and Project Managers to deliver accurate reports and forecasts.

Occasional site travel to the Santa Clara area may be required; flexibility to coordinate during Pacific Time business hours is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional Cost Project Controls experience.
• Experience supporting semiconductor construction and/or tool installation projects.
• BS degree in engineering or a related technical field, construction management, or applicable experience.
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Experience with data management and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Access, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage large amounts of information to effectively meet deadlines.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of cost reporting and schedule reporting for EPCQ projects.
• Produce detailed cost reports, including budgets, changes, commits (POs), spends and forecasts.
• Assist with invoicing, change control, and cost forecasting across the engineering, procurement, construction and qualification life cycle.
• Assist with updating projections on cash flows, staffing plans and contingency usage.
• Develop and deliver dashboards and visualizations for team communication.
• Collaborate with PMs, discipline leads and engineers to ensure report accuracy and alignment across platforms.
