Job summary

Springtide Project Services, a division of IPS, is seeking a Cost Project Controls Manager to lead cost control for a large semiconductor construction and tool installation project.

This remote West Coast role requires residency in Pacific or Mountain Time zones with occasional travel to Santa Clara, CA, and cooperation during Pacific Time hours. You will develop budgets, forecasts, EACs, and cost reports, and mentor project controls staff while coordinating with PMs, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost engineering, or cost management for capital construction projects.
• Direct experience supporting semiconductor facility construction or tool installation programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, EAC, and cash flow reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project cost control functions for the semiconductor construction and tool installation project.
• Develop, maintain, and manage budgets, forecasts, commitments, expenditures, and EAC.
• Produce cost reports, financial analyses, and project performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Track changes, cost impacts, trends, and risks; monitor commitments, POs, invoices, accruals, and costs.
