Job summary

Eko Health is seeking a Manager, Cost Accounting & Procure-to-Pay, to own costing, landed cost, and AP processes for devices and software. This remote-US role aligns with Pacific hours and reports to the Corporate Controller, partnering with Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and FP&A to drive margin insight.

You’ll defend costing methodologies, manage inventory valuation and reserves, and lead end-to-end landed cost and P2P cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cost, inventory, or manufacturing accounting.
• Hands-on ownership of landed cost, inventory valuation, and the inventory close.
• Hands-on ownership of accounts payable operations, including vendor master controls, three-way match, payment runs, and the AP close.
• Experience supporting external audit testing of inventory valuation and reserves under US GAAP.
• Comfort owning ambiguous, cross-system reconciliations, advanced Excel, and the ability to present a conclusion to Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Costing methodology: standard cost setting, cost rolls, purchase price and landed cost variance.
• Landed cost end to end: accrue duties, tariffs, freight, and brokerage at receipt; allocate to inventory and COGS.
• Inventory valuation under US GAAP (ASC 330) and reserves.
• Inventory integrity across contract manufacturers, 3PL, and marketplaces: reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Procure-to-pay: PO policy, vendor governance, three-way match, and AP close.
• COGS close and gross margin analytics with FP&A, across hardware and subscription revenue.
• Audit and control design for inventory, cost, and P2P cycles; SOX-ready processes.
