Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Seattle is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team and deliver cost management services across a portfolio of construction projects in the Pacific Northwest.

You will provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, commercial management, and cost control across all project phases, working with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. On-site presence is required, with salary range $110,000–$140,000 USD plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in cost management or quantity surveying in construction.
• RICS accreditation preferred or progress toward.
• Experience with medium to large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, and cost control across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and teams to deliver outcomes.
• Develop cost reports, budgets, and value engineering recommendations.
• Support final account negotiations and post-contract reviews.
• Ensure SOX controls where applicable.
