You will lead cost planning, reporting, and contractor cost submissions, while mentoring junior staff and aligning with project managers to review schedules and CDP packages. A strong background in construction cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 4–8 years' experience in construction cost management or quantity surveying.
• Experience across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. (visa eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, tender documents, and contract documents.
• Lead cost reporting and financial management across projects.
• Administer and chair cost meetings with timely distribution of docs.
• Manage contractor cost submissions, variations, and change orders.
• Utilize the cost management platform to monitor project financials.
• Partner with Project Managers during construction to review schedules and CDP packages.
• Oversee monthly valuations, assessments, and final accounts.
• Produce detailed monthly reports and ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
