Job summary

STV Incorporated in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Project Controls department. You will perform project controls duties under the supervision of the Engineer of Construction, managing budgets, forecasts and change orders.

Responsibilities include tracking costs, processing invoices and preparing monthly cost reports. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in a cost management role.
• Experience managing budgeted / cost in Prolog Manager.
• Preferred experience with Prolog Converge Administration and/or Crystal Reports.
• Preferred experience with Meditech Finance System.
• Ability to prioritize client requests and communicate orally and electronically in a professional manner.
• Must be flexible, detail oriented, team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work and consistently meet deadlines.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, SAP is desirable.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $83,978.91 - $95,975.90
