Keel Infrastructure is hiring a Cost Management Lead to build and own a centralized cost control function across data center projects. You will create the estimating methodology, standards, data, and tooling, then run the service for the portfolio.

The role is hands-on and requires delivering budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-complete with governance and strong collaboration with development, procurement, and finance.

Formación

• 10+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or project controls experience on large capital construction programs.
• Proven experience building or rebuilding a centralized cost control function with processes, standards, tooling, and data.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and own the centralized cost control function for Keel Infrastructure, defining scope and interface with development, project management, scheduling, procurement, and finance.
• Own the cost plan of record for every project, maintaining budgets centrally.
• Build cost management toolset and environment for cost roll‑up from commitment to portfolio level.
• Develop concept, order-of-magnitude, and feasibility estimates with basis of estimate and confidence ranges.
• Own project budgets, manage commitments, accruals, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete across all packages.
• Lead change control end-to-end and independently price contractor change orders.
