• 10+ years cost management on large capital programs.
• Experience building centralized cost control functions and tooling.
• Experience on $200M+ programs; data center/critical facilities preferred.

• Establish centralized cost control function and service model.
• Own the cost plan of record for every project from concept to close-out.
• Develop cost tools, cost breakdowns, and data governance.
• Forecast cost-to-complete and provide dashboards to leadership.
