Keel Infrastructure in Pittsburgh seeks a Cost Management Lead to stand up a centralized cost control service across data center projects. You will develop estimating methodologies, establish standards, assemble cost data, and run the function from concept through close-out with hands-on delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in cost management on major capital programs, experience building cost control, and strong skills in earned value, budgeting and data tooling (Power BI, SQL).

Qualificações

• 10+ years in cost management on large capital programs.
• Experience building or rebuilding cost control function.
• Experience on $200M+ programs; data center or critical infra preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish centralized cost control function with documented processes.
• Own project budgets from concept to final account.
• Develop and maintain cost data, estimates, and benchmarking.
• Lead change management and commercial negotiations.
