Job summary

Pkaza LLC is seeking a Cost Controls Director for data center construction in Chesterton, IN. You will lead project controls across multiple sites, overseeing cost control, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling and earned value management for critical facilities projects.

Travel to project sites and strong client coordination are required. Experience in data center projects, PMP/SP certification preferred, and solid proficiency with Primavera P6, Salesforce and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project financial controls on data center/critical facilities construction.
• 3+ years of management experience leading project controls teams.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost control, forecasting and earned value across multiple data center sites.
• Oversee budgets, monthly forecasts and cash flow analysis for client projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage performance of vendors and consultants.
• Prepare cost reports and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and drive standardized project delivery.
