Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Management Analyst for its Graduate Development Program at our Boise, ID location. This is a full-time role designed for recent graduates with less than two years of industry experience.

You will support the delivery of world-class cost management services across capital projects, including planning, estimating, procurement, contract administration, change management and reporting, helping clients optimize investments.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree required.
• Preferred degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Support in development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and other associated costs.
• Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
• Utilize benchmark data from previous projects to inform and assess estimate accuracy.
• Capital Planning Support; Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
• Provide insights to optimize investment decisions and long-term financial planning.
• Procurement Strategy & Vendor Management; Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling.
• Cost Reporting & Forecasting; Establish and manage cost reporting schedules and present cost reports to clients.
• Cost Control & Change Management; Review and evaluate change order requests and manage invoicing processes.
