Turner & Townsend invites recent graduates to join the Cost Management Construction Project Analyst role within the Graduate Development Program in Boise, ID. The two-year program focuses on developing competencies in cost management across capital projects, with exposure to planning, estimating, procurement, reporting, and change management.

You will work under experienced professionals to gain practical client experience on major projects and advance toward professional consultant status upon

Qualifications

0-2 years of industry experience.
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree preferred.
Preferred degrees include Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business.

Responsibilities

Support in development of comprehensive project estimates, including construction, fees, direct work, and other costs.
Engage with vendors to review, validate, and challenge cost inputs.
Utilize benchmark data from previous projects to inform estimate accuracy.
Advise clients on capital planning strategies across large-scale portfolios.
Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and bid leveling.
Establish and manage cost reporting schedules.
Present cost reports and forecasts to clients with transparency and accuracy.
Monitor and manage end-to-end invoicing processes.
