Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a Cost Account Manager to join the RTS Program Management team. The role supports program and project financials, tracking costs, man-hours, and earned value across SP23 Shipboard Systems, reporting to the RTS Program Manager.

This on-site position requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (8+ optional). Active US Secret Security Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant experience.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with EVMS and financial program control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial and man-hour accruals, expenditures, and related Earned Value reporting for assigned projects.
• Serve as the interface between program managers and financial analysts for financial and budget performance/execution relating to assigned SP23 Shipboard Systems.
• Review of assigned Project financial data and prepare charts for monthly Internal Program Reviews and initial Program Baseline Reviews.
• Attend and lead financial status reviews and conduct briefings with senior leaders, which requires ability to communicate matters of importance to the functional or business area.
• Support weekly Integrated Product Team Meetings, Internal Program Reviews, Forecast Development and CAM efforts; interface between Finance, PM and Contracts.
