Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Cost Account Manager to oversee financial performance across SP23 Shipboard Systems projects. You will collaborate with program managers, engineering, contracts, and finance to ensure accurate accruals, forecasts, and IPR materials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years equivalent) and a US Secret Clearance, with on-site work in Cape Canaveral, FL or Yorba Linda, CA. Strong EVMS, budgeting, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience with EVMS and cost/schedule integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial and man-hour accruals, expenditures, and related Earned Value reporting for assigned projects.
• Serve as interface between program managers and financial analysts for budget performance.
• Prepare charts for monthly Internal Program Reviews and Baseline Reviews.
• Lead financial status reviews and briefings with senior leaders.
• Coordinate CAM efforts across Finance, PM, and Contracts for assigned projects.
