Mission

The position involves being part of a dynamic team providing program management, scientific, engineering, logistics, financial, and ancillary services in support of the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), including various project offices such as the Directed Energy Project Office (DEPO), Advanced Concepts and Critical Technologies (ACCT), Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Information Dominance (CEID), Rapid Acquisition Prototyping (RAPPO), Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS), Multi-Domain Artillery Cannon System (MDACS), Joint Program Executive Office Guam Defense System (JPEO GDS), among others. The goal is to maximize operational capability and efficiency by providing skilled personnel to support rapid prototyping and deliver residual combat capabilities addressing immediate, near-term, and mid-term threats faced by Army operational units.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing, construction projects, or services to assist management in bidding or pricing decisions. Specialization may be based on specific services or products.
• Work on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of programs, performing all duties independently.
• A Senior labor category may oversee less experienced staff or be responsible for all efforts within a specific job.
