About the Role:

Our esteemed client is looking for an experienced General Contractor and Cost Estimator to join a rapidly growing consulting firm. This role focuses on cost estimation, with experience in RS Means, Xactimate, and developing accurate estimates from repair scopes and quantity take-offs. If you have a strong background in forensic consulting and construction, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed cost estimates using RS Means, Xactimate, and other tools.
• Conduct site investigations, including meetings with attorneys and clients.
• Participate in expert meetings, mediations, and potentially depositions and trials.
• Provide expert support in complex construction projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise/mixed-use developments.

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in cost estimating and project management within the construction industry.
• Hands-on experience with forensic consulting and litigated construction matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Contractor License in your state (multiple state licenses are a plus).
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to quality.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections and meetings.
