Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cost Engineer in the construction industry.
• Experience in concrete, document control, financial reporting, estimation, financial audits, risk assessment, analytics forecasting, and budget forecasting.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Professional certification in cost engineering or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regular financial audits to ensure all costs are within the project budget.
• Creating, managing, and updating detailed financial reports for all construction projects.
• Utilizing analytics forecasting to predict future costs and project needs.
• Developing accurate cost estimates for construction projects from proposal to completion.
• Collaborating with project managers to develop and manage project budgets.
• Identifying cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or safety.
• Reviewing and updating cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
