Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cost Engineer in construction.
• Experience in concrete, document control, financial reports, estimation, audits, risk assessment, forecasting, and budget forecasting.
• Excellent numerical skills and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional cost engineering certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinker with sound financial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure costs align with the budget.
• Create, manage, and update detailed financial reports for all projects.
