Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cost-control experience.
• Experience in project controls, cost control, cost management, project management or change management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, earned value management and cost reporting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze weekly project cost reports.
• Prepare labor productivity and progress reporting.
• Track indirect labor, equipment rentals, subcontractors and other project expenditures.
• Support change orders, budget revisions, trends, and contingency tracking.
• Develop cost forecasts and identify potential budget impacts before they occur.
• Maintain project budgets and cost data.
• Audit payroll coding and labor allocations for accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies and validate project financial data.
• Support EVM reporting and project performance analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounting, payroll and billing teams.
