Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Project Controls professional to manage cost reporting, forecasting, labor tracking, and financial analysis to keep projects on budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has experience in project controls, cost management, forecasting, and EVM, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control or Cost Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze weekly project cost reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly labor productivity and progress reports.
• Track project costs related to indirect labor, equipment rentals, subcontractors, and other expenditures.
• Assist with change management: change orders, budget revisions, trends, contingency tracking.
• Provide accurate cost forecasting and identify potential budget impacts.
