Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and analyze weekly project cost reports.

• Support change orders, budget revisions, trends, and contingency tracking.
• Develop cost forecasts and identify potential budget impacts before they occur.
• Maintain project budgets and cost data.
• Audit payroll coding and labor allocations for accuracy.
• Reconcile discrepancies and validate project financial data.
• Support EVM reporting and project performance analysis.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounting, payroll and billing teams.

Are you a Cost Specialist, Cost Engineer or Project Controls professional who knows how to turn project financial data into accurate reporting, reliable forecasts and better project decisions?

We are hiring an experienced Cost Specialist in Abernathy, Texas to support project cost controls in a complex construction environment. This position is well suited for someone with experience in data centers, EPC, industrial construction, energy, oil & gas or other large-scale construction environments.

Data center experience and Power BI experience are strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

• Develop, maintain and analyze weekly project cost reports
