Job summary

Raytheon, a leader in aerospace and defense, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Advanced Products & Solutions and EO/IRS programs from the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. You will manage cost/schedule control, forecasting, EAC, and variance analyses while collaborating with PMs, CAMs, and PMO/Finance to drive contract execution.

Responsibilities include ensuring BOM traceability, labor cost tracking, and proactive risk identification.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience using SAP business systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS), Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses. This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center.

What You Will Do

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers

  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
