Job summary

MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company in Charleston, SC is seeking an on-site Accounts Payable professional to post and control invoices in MSC IT systems. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, maintaining efficient invoice approvals, and delivering strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Enter and control invoices in MSC IT systems.
• Act as liaison between different departments within the accounting group.
• Take document and customer service responsibility for all invoices handled.

• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with both internal and external customers.
• Presence required on-site 5 days per week.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Job Summary/ Key Responsibilities:

Postsand controls invoices in MSC IT systems.

• Entersandcontrols invoices information into MSC proprietary IT system.
• Acts as aliaison between different departments within the accounting group.
• Takesdocumentaland customer service responsibility for all invoices handled.
• Maintainsefficient processes associated withinvoice approvals.
• Follows-upon implementation of recommendations and improvements.

• Presence required on‑site 5 days per week
• Performsother related duties, as assigned.

This role requires working on‑site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off‑site duties are being performed.
