ADMA Biologics, Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Manager of Cost Accounting to lead the cost accounting function, develop standard costs, and support manufacturing capacity planning. The role requires strong collaboration with senior management and a focus on accurate financial reporting across manufacturing, quality, and plasma divisions.

The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and a solid track record in cost control

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Masters degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Requires 5-8 years of progressive experience as a financial analyst, accounting manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cost accounting processes and internal reports.
• Supervises Cost Accounting staff and ensures adherence to policies.
• Coordinates with senior management to support strategic goals and reporting requirements.
• Leads the manufacturing budget process and establishes annual standard costs for products.
