Job Title: Manager, Cost Accounting
Position Summary
This role maintains overall responsibility for cost accounting function; responsible for financial reporting for the manufacturing, quality and plasma divisions and the development of product standard costs calculations and manufacturing capacity assumptions.

Education Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent. Masters degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
Requires 5-8 years of progressive experience as a financial analyst, accounting manager or equivalent. Must have the ability to compose reports, follow technical manuals, and communicate effectively and persuasively in business discussions. Must have a proven ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Must understand concepts, requirements, process development and accounting issues for all business areas.
