ADMA Biologics is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range financial models, while overseeing monthly variance analyses and ad-hoc projects.

The role requires 8–15 years in FP&A, strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and SAP exposure. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance is required; a Master’s is a plus. On-site at Boca Raton offices with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–15 years of professional FP&A experience with strong modeling, forecasting, and board reporting skills.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership for budgeting and monthly forecasting processes with executives and department heads.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment of financial goals.
• Standardize FP&A processes and drive continuous improvement in data integrity and system utilization.
