Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Cost Accountant to support month-end close, operational reporting, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 3-5 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment who are looking to grow their skills in cost accounting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits
Monitor inventory and product costing
Analyze data to aid budgeting and forecasting
Assist with ERP data and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong Excel and analytical skills
