Job summary

MISS A Stores is seeking a Part-Time Retail Keyholder in Albuquerque, NM. You will lead the team in the absence of management, greet customers, handle the POS, and ensure policies are followed. This role offers hands-on leadership within a fast-paced beauty brand.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, is flexible for nights and weekends, and enjoys engaging with customers to drive sales and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Capable of leading while receiving coaching and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leadership — act as a store leader, delegating tasks to Sales Associates.
• Enforce Store Policies — follow Loss Prevention and Cash Handling policies.
• Problem Solving & Attention to Detail — resolve customer issues calmly.
• Door Greeting — warmly greet customers entering the store.
• Operating the POS/Register — cash handling, till counts, and checkout.
• Customer Service — provide product information and promote promotions.
• Merchandising — display and stock accessories and cosmetics.
• Promoting Products / Product Knowledge — stay updated on new and existing products and promotions.
