Job summary

Miss A Stores Inc. in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will manage first-line leadership, enforce policies, and help drive sales and promotional initiatives while maintaining store standards and a positive team culture. The role requires 3 years in retail, 1 year in supervision, and a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in Retail/Customer Service.
• 1 year of experience in a supervisor role.
• High School Diploma/GED — preferred.
• Must have a FLEXIBLE schedule and be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Store Leadership — act as a leader for the store team, filling in for the Store Manager when required.
• Enforce Store Policies — MUST be knowledgeable of and strictly follow Loss Prevention and Cash Handling policies.
• Problem Solving & Attention to Detail — resolve customer conflicts or complaints in a calm and professional manner.
• Operations & Merchandising — open/close the store, receive shipments, merchandise displays and maintain clean store.
• Customer Service — assist customers with product information and recommendations and communicate promotions.
