Job summary
The Gardens Mall in West Palm Beach, FL seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales and service targets.
You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and manage opening and closing duties on a rotating schedule. This role offers development in a prestige beauty environment with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Cash reconciliation and opening/closing store experience.
- Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Eligibility to work in the US at interview.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the sales team to meet service targets.
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of store.
- Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis.
- Support a prestige beauty environment with strong customer service.
