CosmoProf is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a hair and beauty retail environment. You will coach staff, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure safety and brand standards are met across daily store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Operational, financial and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team and ensure every customer has a great experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet/exceed sales goals, manage budget, expenses, inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by following safety rules and company policies.
• Ensure the store always looks its best.
