Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Manhattan Beach. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service and help achieve sales and customer service targets.

The role requires cash handling, start and end of day reconciliation, and opening/closing the store on a rota. Previous retail or cosmetics experience is preferred, with a path toward supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Experience with cash handling and POS software.
• Supervisory or coaching experience is desirable.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the sales team and deliver authentic customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing on a rota.
