Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service to customers.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
