The Estée Lauder Companies in Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth operation of the store. You will coach the sales team and deliver inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

This role requires retail experience, cash handling skills, flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and events. Competitive hourly rate and strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead and coach sales team to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash controls.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule as needed.
