• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge in cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new product formulations for personal care products.
• Prepare laboratory prototypes and conduct stability, safety, and performance testing.
• Maintain clean, compliant laboratory space and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and QA/QC teams to support documentation and proposals.
• Support manufacturing scale-up with pilot batches and batching procedure details.
• Ensure compliance with cGLP, cGMP, GDP, and SOPs.
