Job summary

GPI Beauty seeks a Project Manager to drive development for clients in the beauty manufacturing and packaging space. You will oversee all phases from initial interest to delivery, acting as the liaison between sales, clients, and suppliers, and leveraging SAP for CRM/ERP to track progress.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, quotes, documentation, artwork approvals, and ensure on-time order processing.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience coordinating with partners and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to adapt to changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Experience in cosmetics or beauty packaging industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of projects from initial interest to delivery for beauty components and packaging.
• Manage quotes, create item codes, and collaborate with sales to finalize them.
• Establish and track project timelines and milestones.
• Monitor progress and communicate due dates and delays to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain development documentation and supplier/customer records.
• Review artwork and manage pre-production sample approvals.
