Job summary

Bayport Laboratories is seeking an Entry-Level Project Coordinator to support product launches and strategic initiatives. You will assist the Project Manager in coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure timelines, costs, and quality meet expectations.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive communication, and effective use of PM tools in a fast-paced cosmetics environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior coordination experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role, preferably within manufacturing or cosmetics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to manage timelines and costs.
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support packaging standards and quality requirements with customers.
• Prepare program quotations, timelines, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate meetings with sales, designers, and engineers.
• Monitor scope changes and manage adjustments to schedule and costs.
