Job summary

Intercos Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team in coordinating projects, managing product launches, organizing marketing materials, and ensuring effective communication across internal departments.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cosmetics environment, with a preference for candidates experienced in marketing coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing, coordinator, administrative, or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the cosmetics or beauty industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with marketing coordination, project tracking, and presentation preparation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables for internal and client initiatives.
• Assist with organization and distribution of marketing samples, promotional materials, and product launch assets.
• Prepare presentations, product boards, competitive analyses, and marketing recaps.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, product information sheets, and inventory tracking spreadsheets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Packaging, Sample Room, and Creative teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and priorities.
• Monitor and respond to marketing-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in coordinating trade shows, client meetings, photo shoots, and marketing events.
• Prepare and ship marketing materials and product samples domestically and internationally as needed.
• Ensure all marketing materials and samples meet company presentation and quality standards.
• Maintain organized digital and physical marketing files, samples, and archives.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing department as needed.
