Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing, Product Development, or related field, plus Project Management Certification.
• 5–10+ years in product development or project management within beauty/personal care/consumer goods sectors.
• Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage client-facing projects from concept through production, ensuring milestones are met.
• Oversee multiple complex projects, maintaining timelines and cost targets.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers.
• Lead status meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
