Job summary

L&R Distributors is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the East Coast, with hours up to 25 per week and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. The role covers stocking, planogram resets, and in-store merchandising to meet company and retailer standards.

You'll use a company tablet and Repsly to place orders, visit stores on scheduled routes, and coordinate with the District Manager to keep shelves stocked and displays fresh for customers.

Qualifications

• Merchandising or retail experience required.
• Experience with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory knowledge a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Proficient with tablets and smartphones.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Place inventory orders using a tablet and Repsly.
• Service store routes and maintain stock levels.
• Follow store visit process and complete task forms.
• Implement planograms and resets per provided schematics.
• Coordinate with store staff and district manager.
