Job summary

L&R Distributors seeks a part-time to full-time Field Merchandiser to service retail stores in multiple regions, starting in Albuquerque, NM. You will ensure cosmetics and related products are properly stocked, displayed, and updated per planograms.

Responsibilities include merchandising resets, using a tablet and scanner, and maintaining supplier and retailer standards. Part-time benefits exist, with potential transition to full-time after meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Prior merchandising or retail experience required.
• Familiarity with resets and planograms is a plus.
• Retail sales and inventory control knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for needed inventory using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Follow store visit process, merchandise delivery, fill task forms, and take photos.
• Implement planograms and resets to align with provided instructions.
