Job summary

Kdc One in California is seeking a Formula Control Coordinator to oversee formulas, specifications, BOMs, and related documents across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Purchasing, Planning, and Customer Service to ensure data integrity and timely updates.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in formula control or lifecycle management in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in Formula Control, PLM, or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong document control and change management experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control product formulas, specs, and BOMs across systems.
• Create, update, revise and distribute technical documentation.
• Coordinate change requests through established procedures.
• Ensure traceability of formula changes and approvals.
• Generate reports and support audits and cross-functional needs.
