Job summary

L&R DISTRIBUTORS is seeking a Field Merchandiser to service retail stores across the West, Central, and East regions. The role ensures products are stocked, organized, and displayed while supporting store resets and planogram implementations.

Territories include Carson City, Sparks, Gardnerville, Dayton, Truckee, Tahoe City, and Kings Beach with up to 35 hours per week. Opportunities to move to full-time after meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or retail experience.
• Familiarity with planograms and store footage is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical store work.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for inventory using a tablet and scanner.
• Service store routes according to call frequencies with the District Manager.
• Implement planograms and reset cosmetic displays as instructed.
• Install and adjust shelving and fixtures to match planogram specs.
• Maintain stock levels and handle returns per guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with store management and associates.
