Von Maur, Inc. in Moline, IL seeks a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetics counter, inspire a team of beauty advisors, and own the end-to-end operation of the cosmetic line.

You’ll coach, train, and motivate associates to deliver exceptional customer service, grow counter sales, plan events, and manage shifts. Base wage is $17–$19 per hour plus commission, with overtime eligibility and a strong from-within career path.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a cosmetics counter team.
• Ability to train, coach and lead by example.
• Drive to meet counter goals and sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service - train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet counter goals
• Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
