Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Cosmetic Counter Manager to lead our cosmetics counter operations in Illinois and inspire a team of beauty advisors to achieve personal and counter goals. You will coach associates, drive service excellence, and grow the counter business through relationships and events.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a cosmetics counter or retail beauty team.
• Strong sales and customer service skills with a track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to coach, train, and motivate associates to deliver exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow your counter business
• Execute all duties of a cosmetics sales associate and meet individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet counter goals
• Plan and execute successful cosmetic events and gift with purchase events
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
