Job summary

Schwan Cosmetics USA is seeking a Client Project Manager to coordinate client needs for formulas, packaging, decoration, and shipping. You will lead project kick-offs and support decisions on behalf of both the company and the client, adapting to changing priorities.

You will monitor timelines, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on budget and meet quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience required, preferably manufacturing or quality environment.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes and product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM, ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Microsoft Projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client-specific new product and project progress toward independent leadership.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to meet deadlines, budget, and quality.
• Adhere to project management processes and templates.
• Contribute to proactive client decisions and effective follow-up in meetings.
• Support Senior Project Managers with project-related administrative tasks (SAP info, Recipe Development Center, Smartsheet, global projects pipeline).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
• Create product data in operational systems and coordinate on-site client visits for trials and shade matching.
• Communicate accurate client launch forecasts to ensure capacity reservations.
