Job summary

Club Kuma is seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care packaging production to oversee turnkey packaging projects for our roster of emerging beauty brand clients. The role is client-facing and internal, requiring strong communication, structured project management, and the ability to align timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

2+ years PM experience in beauty packaging or CPG
Experience managing products from concept to production
Strong organization and multi-project management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proactive, collaborative mindset and startup vibe
Experience with sourcing and production timelines is a plus

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and execute turnkey packaging projects for clients
Serve as day-to-day contact for clients, providing updates and recaps
Coordinate sourcing, pricing, specs, and vendor communication
Assist sales with pricing, cost sheets, and quotes as scopes evolve
Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability
Collaborate with design, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and regulatory
Ensure manufacturing processes meet industry standards and client specs
Create and maintain project docs including plans, progress reports, change orders
