Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM, ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client-specific projects and progress toward independent leadership.
• Manage timelines and collaborate to meet budget and quality targets.
• Follow project management templates and processes.
• Support proactive client decisions and manage shifting priorities.
• Participate in conference calls and meetings, ensuring effective follow-up.
• Assist Senior Project Managers with admin tasks including SAP information, Recipe Development Center, Smartsheet, and the global projects pipeline.
• Ensure client projects comply with regulations, company standards, and client-specific requirements.
• Complete regular quality reviews and audits for continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Promote environmental sustainability practices.
• Create product data in operational systems and coordinate on-site client visits for trials and shade matching.
• Communicate accurate client launch forecasts to Client Services Account Managers to secure capacity reservations.
• Respond to Quality Notifications promptly.
